It is the desire of every woman to have a well-tone and spotless face. There are some traditional, cost-effective approaches to this.

If you have a peeling or flaky face , do the following daily:

Gently massage a small amount of honey all over your face.

Leave it on for about ten minutes.

Remove with a cotton ball dipped in grapefruit juice rinse off with warm water.

For oily face, follow this procedure daily:

Peel the skin off an overripe tomato and crush the tomato into a mash (Tomatoes contain oil-absorbing acids that naturally exfoliate)

Spread the tomato mash on your face and leave it on for about fifteen minutes.
Rinse with warm water.

To renew your complexion (using coconut & honey therapy):

Warm 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk for thirty seconds.

Stir in two tablespoons of honey.

Massage into skin and leave on for ten minutes.

Rinse with warm water.

Coconut milk contains lactic acid, an emollient, and honey is a cleanser.

To make a face shield or sun screen

Mix 1/2 teaspoon baby oil with enough baking soda to make a paste.

Massage over the skin and rinse with warm water.

If you already have bags beneath your eyes and you need to remove them, do any of the following:

Bags:

Run cold water on a metal spoon. Place the metal on puffy area for at least 1 minute.

Place thin cucumber slices over your closed eyes.

Place a black tea bag soaked in cold water on each eye for ten minutes to reduce
swelling caused by fluid retention. Gently press the tea bag from inner to outer corners to
drain the water before placing it on your closed eye.

Avoid salty foods, which cause the under eye area (and the rest of your body) to hold fluid.

Elevate your head when you sleep to keep fluid from settling around your eyes.

Dark circles: - Do any of the following

Lie down and apply potato slices (raw potato contains potassium) under the eye. Allow the juices to absorb into the affected area.

Use tea bags with tannic acid to minimize dark circles. Briefly steam the teabag, then allow it to cool. Gently press the tea bag from inner to outer corners to drain the water before placing it under your eye. Lie down and apply the teabags under the eye. In other not to puff up your eye, make sure the tea bag is cool Allow the tannic acid to be absorbed into the affected area.

Soak cotton pads in rose water. Gently squeeze out the excess water from the pads. Lie down and apply the pads under the eye. Allow the rose water to absorb into the affected area.
